It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of
recommendation for Victory Arts Center, and its fabulous
apartment manager, Kathryn Perry.
She is a most dependable apartment manager. During our residence
in apt 211 we had only two maintenance issues, which she and the
maintenance staff coordinated to repair quickly and efficiently.
This is important not only because you want to keep the property
in pristine condition, but more importantly, as tenants, we feel
that Victory Arts Center has always been a safe, clean, and
beautiful place to live.
Kathryn has always displayed a high degree of integrity,
responsibility, and ambition in promoting tenant cooperation and
interaction. In addition to her accomplishments with regards to
maintaining, improving, and leasing the lofts here, she has
proven her true ability as an apartment manager by organizing
monthly socials, and encouraging other tenants to form their own
social activities as well.
Out of all of the apartment complexes we have lived in (from
Fort Worth, TX to Boston, MA) we have not come across a more
beautiful apartment, or a harder working apartment manager. My
wife and I have not only experienced this ourselves, but have
heard countless stories from other tenants to provide great
personal service. I would surely recommend the Victory Arts
Center to anyone, not just for its beautiful spaces, but for its
great management. If it were not for our relocation due to job
transfer, we would certainly have continued to live here
indefinably.
